Making a Return

IT'S IMPORTANT TO US THAT YOU'RE COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR ORDER.

If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy, as long as the item(s) are in new and unused condition in the original packaging. All item(s) must be returned with ALL manufacturers tags that it came with.  You are responsible for the return shipping fee. Once we receive the item back, we will refund your original payment method less shipping costs. 

FOOTWEAR RETURNS

For footwear returns PLEASE DO NOT put any labels or tape on the actual shoebox, as we will not be able to accept the return for any refund. SHOES MUST be shipped back in a shipping box or poly bag mailer.

REFUSED PACKAGES & UNDELIVERABLE SHIPPING ADDRESS 

If you refuse a delivery or provide an incorrect delivery address, you are responsible for shipping charges BOTH WAYS. Please note that a refund will be issued for the cost of the product only ONLY once the package is returned to us and received back. You will NOT be reimbursed for the shipping charges.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

To ensure product integrity, health, and hygiene, Imax Fashions is unable to accept returns on any of the following items: Underwear & swimwear purchases.

HOW TO SEND AN ITEM BACK 

To send an item back to us, you may use any shipper you like, but we recommend purchasing tracking and insurance, as we aren't responsible for lost return shipments. Make sure to ship properly to avoid damage during shipping. If the item was worn or is not in the same condition as it was sent to you, we will not be able to issue you a refund.

Once we receive your return package, please allow up to 1-2 business days for inspection, processing, and credit confirmation. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method selected. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
